I've still got to finish Persona 3 Reload on PS5 before the big RPG hits the console next week. I think both of those will keep me busy for the next few days. It's a weekend of demos for me following the Partner Showcase! I've snapped up Unicorn Overlord - because I loved what I played a couple of weeks ago and need to see how it is on Switch - as well as Pepper Grinder.

Sometimes that can feel a little disappointing, even if you are having fun! That's not a problem exactly, it's just that sometimes you play a game in a genre you know so well that you can predict the next 20 hours. It's a lot of fun, and it's all based around making the most ludicrous deck of poker cards - having nine Kings, or an entire deck of hearts - but I can already tell that it doesn't have quite as much staying power as Slay the Spire. This weekend it's a new game for me: Balatro! It's a deckbuilding roguelite, so that's all I needed to know before slamming my credit card onto the table. Either way, I’m excited to play some games this weekend it’s always exciting when you have to choose the next chapter in your gaming story! I finally finished The Great Ace Attorney 2, so that means it’s time to start a new game on the Switch. Most importantly, Pocket Card Jockey finally dropped on Switch it would be rude not to saddle up with that, too. I had fun grabbing screens of Blast Corps for ten minutes on Thursday, so some more therapeutic demolition is calling.

I'm only a little way in, but the voice work and presentation are excellent. (This includes challenge and quest stages for all those maps)ĥ) you can edit in any existing quest, no matter what chapter, and set them to complete (recent addition)Īs for why they pulled the demo, no clue, the cannibalized flagDB makes sure we can't actually use this as the full game.Elsewhere, ignoring the bigger names on the backlog, I fired up Astrologaster this week after getting it on sale over Christmas. Nobody is gonna bother with thatġ) You can temporarily catapult yourself into CH4 and get the CH4 stuff unlocked and then edit yourself back into CH3 and keep all the unlocked stuff.Ģ) You can hex edit the save so the Chara World and Nether Research becomes availableģ) You can also hex edit the curry shop there, but you will be missing the curry squad, which makes the curry shop pointlessĤ) You can unlock the maps, without story or events, for Chapter 4, 5 and 6 permanently no matter what chapter you are in. exe that triggers if a specific flag is setĢ) the flag table that handles unlocks and story and everything else is cannibalized and cut down so much that no amount of save editing can make those things work.ģ) To fix the flag table would be a herculean task of trial and error and reverse engineering. The game has two roadblocks and also a few ways you can get stuff not supposed to be in the demoġ) The game is the full game, with 2 minor exceptions: a demo screen baked into the.
